Ladbrokes rates the Irish glamour model as more likely to leave Big Brother ahead of fellow nominee Michael Madsen.
The 26-year-old is 2/9 to be the third star to leave the series, while Madsen can be backed at 3/1.
Meanwhile, rugby star Gareth Thomas remains favourite (11/4) to win the show, with Natalie Cassidy second (3/1).
Frankie Cocozza's odds have been slashed to 9/2.
Celebrity Big Brother airs its third live eviction from 9pm tonight on Channel 5.
