Most of us love Alexa Chung for pioneering street chic, a.k.a. throwing on jeans and a T-shirt and looking good enough for a ball (though OGs will recall her stint as host of MTV's It's On With Alexa Chung as their intro to the It Brit). After collaborating with AG Jeans and Madewell, she has announced today she will launch her own namesake line called Alexachung (clever, eh?) in May 2017.
Yes, we're still a little less than a year away from getting the full Alexa Chung experience. But based on her past projects with the aforementioned labels and her well-documented penchant for French-girl chic gone casual (see below), we can safely predict her contemporary-priced collection will include several denim styles, from cropped flares to A-line miniskirts, boyfriend sweaters, slouchy, oversize outerwear, and femme dresses. What we're praying for? The perfect jean jacket and flats that'll take us from day to night (as Chung seems to do without a stitch of effort). The pressure is on, Alexa!
