Upper Perkiomen Valley Library marks 50 years of service

RED HILL — The Upper Perkiomen Valley Library is celebrating its 50th anniversary of serving the community.

State Sen. Bob Mensch, R-24th Dist., was joined recently by State Rep. Milou Mackenzie, R-131st Dist., in presenting both Senate and House 50th anniversary citations to mark the occasion. Library board members were in attendance to accept the citations.

The Upper Perkiomen Valley Library, located at 350 Main St. in Red Hill, serves residents of Green Lane, East Greenville, Marlborough, Pennsburg, Red Hill, Upper Hanover and other surrounding areas.
