Tickets for the Munster senior hurling championship are selling quickly with only terrace admission available for Cork’s two home games.

Currently, there are no stand tickets on sale for the clashes with Clare on April 28 and Limerick on May 11 in SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh, while there are a limited number of tickets that can be purchased for the Limerick-Tipperary game in TUS Gaelic Grounds on April 28.

There are only terrace tickets available for the Clare-Waterford clash in Cusack Park on May 19 although there are a variety available for the other game that day, Tipperary v Cork in FBD Semple Stadium, and the final round Limerick-Waterford and Tipperary-Clare matches on May 26.

There was no public sale of tickets for the opening two games in Cusack Park and Walsh Park on April 21 nor the Waterford-Tipperary game in the latter venue on May 4.

Meanwhile, the Camogie Association are aiming to have 50,000 attend All-Ireland final day by 2026. The objective is seeking to increase attendances at games by 20% and the Croke Park finale to set a record crowd figure in two years’ time. The previous best was 33,154 between Wexford and Cork in 2007 with just over 30,000 at the decider last year.
