Man United are 'destined' to sign Jadon Sancho says Nicol
That’s according to Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc.
Sancho has been linked with a move to United after reports surfaced last week that the Red Devils were prepared to pay up £80m for the Dortmund star.
The speculation comes just as Sancho continues to impress with his talent during the international break with England.
In the Three Lions’ win over Czech Republic last week, Sancho played well, and registered an assist for Raheem Sterling’s first goal.

Sancho left Manchester in 2017, but it was United’s rivals City he decided to depart from.
He deemed the amount of playing time he was receiving at the Etihad as not adequate enough, and decided to sign for Dortmund.
And this season, he’s been one of the most impressive players in Europe, recording as many assists as Lionel Messi in league football.
The winger has contributed to 20 goals for Dortmund this season, and has made 25 appearances.
And Zorc, who’s already had to part ways with young American star Christian Pulisic after the forward secured a pre-contract agreement with Chelsea, believes Sancho will stay in Germany for another season.
"I have no knowledge [of it], but it is also completely irrelevant,” he said.
"I'm far from putting a price tag on Jadon.
“But I will say that, even for the biggest club in the world, his transfer would be difficult right now.

"Jadon will play at Dortmund next season and we are definitely planning with.”
But Zorc admitted there was no way they could keep Sancho forever, and it was likely the England international would move on sooner rather than later.
“He certainly will not play until his retirement in Dortmund. That too is true,” he added.
