Great anchoring power. I installed a dancing pole on a concrete ceiling/floor with 1/2 bolts set in epoxy..
Lots of amateur reviewers who don't know how to use the product.
To get it to dispense easier, soak the tube in boiling hot water for ten minutes, or, leave it in direct sunlight. It flows very poorly when cold. Check the expiry date, if its old, it will be too hard to dispense. At one HD, the entire stock was expired by a year.
If it doesn't fit your caulking gun, use a little common sense just cut 1" off the tube end.as the tube isn't full,
The dispensing tube starts to harden very quickly. Dispense the amount you need without the tube and mix it by hand.
Blow all the dust out of your pre-drilled hole. The dust will cause it not to adhere.
Dissapointed

I followed the instructions and applied the anchoring epoxy on a warm day. The product came out of the tube reasonable well, but took more pressure than I expected based on my previous experience with similar products. I was dispensing the product fast, basically going from hole to hole with about 3 squeezes of product into each 5/8" dia x 8" deep concrete hole followed by pushing the rebar piece into the hole. However, the tube "froze" after dispensing only about 50% of the product.

Used this to cement in 4 threaded rod 8" deep in concrete. It worked beautifully, Easy to use. Set fast. Very hard when cured. Very satisfied. Low cost, quick, effective solution. I will do it this way next time.
Worked but.....

Bought this to fill some vertical cracks in our basement foundation. This was by far the hardest application of any product I’ve ever used. Our caulking gun could barely push product out of the tube. My partner and I would have to take turns applying the product because our hands were weak from squeezing the caulking gun handle so flipping hard... and I would like to think that we have quite a bit of strength between the two of us.

Also as another reviewer said, only 50% of the tube is usable. We spent almost $50 on two tubes and by the time half of the tube was used, it was almost impossible to push the product out of the tube.

I wouldn’t recommend this product based on application. It’s much to difficult for the average user.
