February 22, 2024Dispensed smoothly and bonded well. I recommend dispensing a little bit before screwing on the mixer tip. The first little bit had air-hardened and might have clogged the nozzle if I hadn't done that. I suspect that might have happened to some of the people who claimed it was increadibly hard to dispense. I used the Husky high-leverage calking gun and didn't have any problem, even on the low-thrust setting.

July 4, 2021This product is 8.6oz. For about $23. For this, what you get is approximately 1/2 tube of actual material and the rest of the tube is filled with an internal wall which keeps the hardener separated from the epoxy base. The label says it will fill a 5”X5” hole, and there MIGHT be enough material to make that size of a repair if it weren’t for the separation wall inside the tube. This design restricts you from expending all the available material. So, for about $23 you get approximately 1/2 the material that’s actually in the tube. Very frustrating. If I were you , I wouldn’t waist my money. Believe me, I won’t make this same mistake twice. There are too many other options out there to fall victim to the greed of these type of Companies ripping the consumer off.

This is a Quikrete product, so I knew it would be a good product. It is! It filled the cracks perfectly, gave me adequate working time to work the epoxy into the cracks, and dried to a hard finish with no shrinkage. I needed 3 tubes to fill cracks in a basement floor. The epoxy is combined by squeezing the 2 parts through a ladder in the tube. You will see numerous comments that the epoxy is hard to squeeze out. They are not exaggerating! The first tube was very hard to squeeze. (Not like a tube of caulk.) The second tube was even harder to squeeze. (Maybe I was still weak from the first tube.) I ended up using my wife's hair dryer to warm up the tube and finally got it out. For the third tube, I soaked the tube in very warm water for about 45 minutes before using it. It worked perfectly! Definitely do this if using this product. It should be part of the instructions!

November 12, 2019Vertical or horizontal repairs — this stuff rules! Read labels on other products, if they don’t specifically say “vertical” they will run right out of the crack to be patched.
I used this to fill concrete floor and wall cracks in a 50-year old house we remodeled. Also worked great to seal where a poured wall meets the concrete floor.
I used a diamond “crack chasing” disc in my angle grinder, vacuum out the dust, apply with caulk gun, then smooth with putty knife — done.
Sets up ROCK HARD after curing!
Only one negative but not enough to loose a star, the tubes don’t hold as much product as you would think so buy more than you think you would normally need despite the price.
